SOCO Belt guide arrangement – for belt conveyors with roller bedding

Controls the side travel of the belt and keeps it stable.
Principle of function
If the belt moves in direction “A”, it pushes against pulley “B” and the centre fitted roller console swings to the cross position as shown. The roller, thus, guides the belt into the centre of the conveyor and the roller console returns to upright position.
Belt guide arrangement can only be used for belts without guide profiles. For belts with guide profiles, a parted support roller must be used.

SOCO Boomerang packaging system for case sealers

The boomerang system is ideal as a “one-man packing station” where a single operator can fill, seal, and palletise cases from practically the same position. The boomerang packing station allows three operations to be carried out within a very limited area, approx. 8 m2:
1. Case erecting and holding the empty case in place. The operator has both hands free for filling.
2. Case sealing at the top and bottom, the cases then pass onto the conveyor and accumulate directly behind the operator.
3. The cases are palletised when the accumulating conveyor is full.
Delivered complete with supports and coupling fittings. The entire system can be fitted with castors.

SOCO Chain conveyors – simplex chain

Chain conveyors are designed for transport of pallets and other goods with a plane, solid base. Chain conveyors are suitable for pallet accumulation.
The 750 mm width is designed for 800 mm x 1200 mm pallets travelling with either side leading. The 950 mm width is designed for 1000 mm x 1200 mm and 1200 x 1200 mm pallets travelling with either side leading.
For heavy-loaded pallets, a conveyor with 3 chains is recommended.

SOCO Controller with two belt conveyors

For automatic feed-in control before case sealers, or where articles need to be separated. Consists of two conveyors operating at different speeds. The inlet consists of a conveyor running at 10 m/min. followed by a 0.5 m roller conveyor.
The outlet consists of a conveyor running at 20 m/min. Acceleration of the items on belt 2 in relation to belt 1 is provided.
As standard, the controller is supplied with grip belt at inlet and smooth belt at outlet. Both belts feature guide profile on the underside. Grooved plate bedding.
