SLEEVE-WRAPPING SYSTEM WITH HIGH QUALITY AND RELIABILITY

The most versatile and practical sleeve-wrapper line with semiautomatic and automatic feeding to make multipacks of different size of various products (bottles, vases, jars, pots, cans, phials, cases etc) and to protect boxes integrating or replacing the use of carton boxes at end-of-line with great management advantages.  The machine works in a very simple way: the loaded products is moved forward by a pusher (on SA models) or by a motorized conveyor belt for an automatic feeding (on AA models). Then a transversal sealing-bar (that has a pneumatic movement and the temperature is electronically controlled) cuts and seals the film, before entering in the shrinking tunnel. ECOFARD line is composed by four models according the sizes: ECOFARD 500, 700, 900, 1250. ECOFARD 700, 900, 1250 are available in two different models: compact (MB) where the tunnel is connected with the sealing area, and sealer-plus-tunnel (BB) where the sealing area is independent from the tunnel. Ideal for medium-high output.
