Pernuma Electric Number Perforation

In the standard version the machine is equipped with 6 wheels. On each wheel there are the numbers from 0 – 9 and a blank space through which unnecessary areas can be excluded from perforation. The font height is 6, 8 or 10 mm (3×5 points).
The perforating process is triggered by pressing the push button on the side.

The machine is supplied as standard with an adjustable depth and side stop to enable precise positioning of the impression on the forms. The insertion depth is approx. 42 mm, calculated from the edge of the paper to the middle of the perforation.
In one operation, approx. 20 sheets of 70 g paper can be marked with an 8-digit machine.

With a font height of 6 or 8 mm, up to 14 characters fit into the wheel row and with a font height of 10 mm, up to 12 characters.
With a removable pin, the desired perforation impression is adjusted using the wheels, which can be moved forwards and backwards. Due to the small wheel diameter, only one character by character adjustment is possible.

PERFOSTAR E is a robust and powerful electric perforating machine for office use.
In one operation, 25-30 sheets of 70 g/m2 paper can be marked with a number/letter combination of up to 10 digits at a font height of 7, 8.5 or 10 mm. Even with a 20-digit number/letter combination in the font sizes mentioned, the output of these machines is still around 15-20 sheets of 70 g/m2 paper.
