The high-performance electric machine is designed for continuous operation; it makes around 30 punches every minute.
The plate column frame, equipped with precision guides, works almost maintenance-free. In one operation, two bundles of banknotes, each with 3 round holes, are canceled at the same time. The hole diameter is 8 mm.
The punching waste falls into a separate box (can be locked if desired).
Optionally, the machine can be designed so that up to 5 holes can be punched into each bundle of banknotes. Hole diameters other than the standard diameter of 8 mm are also possible.
The substructure consists of a robust, welded square tube frame in which the control box is safely housed.

This electric embossing machine was specially developed for office use. Paper, cardboard, thin cardboard, ID cards, photos, etc. can be embossed.
The positioning of the embossing on the document can be determined using an adjustable depth stop. The maximum distance from the edge of the paper is approx. 70 mm.
The embossing process is triggered by a button on the side. A footswitch can be included upon request.
The embossing head of the machine can be folded up; This makes replacing the stamp set much easier and faster.
The embossing pressure is optimally adjusted by fine-tuning the material thickness.
The quality of an embossing depends primarily on the quality of the embossing stamps. PERNUMA embossing stamps are therefore made exclusively from brass or steel. If desired, the embossing machine can be delivered with a built-in stamp set.
To prevent unauthorized use, the Embosset is equipped with a security lock as standard.

In the standard version, this machine is supplied with a complete set of number pushers, consisting of 18 pieces, to be able to perforate a 6-digit date. The sliders are small metal strips that can be inserted or pulled out again very quickly and easily from the front of the device.
This model can contain 2 lines with a maximum width of 80 mm each, e.g. the date and a fixed text above or below or 2 lines of text. The standard font heights are 6, 8 or 10 mm.
All perforating machines in the OFFICE series are equipped with an easily replaceable block cut. The import depth is 42 mm.
Depending on the number of positions, up to 20 sheets of 70 g/m2 paper can be marked in one operation. The import height is 2 mm.
The perforating process is triggered by push buttons on the side.
