    Extension I/O Unit

The extension I/O unit is a board for adding an additional 24 user inputs and 8 user outputs to the Master unit. This board has bidirectional polarity for both the input circuit and output circuit. . I/O Type (PNP vs NPN) is selectable at order placement.

Note: Must be added at order placement

    CC-Link Unit

CC-Link (Control & Communication Link) is a field network interface that enables reduced wiring with high-speed data communication. The CC-Link interface can be used to perform various input/output and data communication for the coordinate table, status, and jog operations.

Note: This cannot be installed by the customer.

    DeviceNet Unit

DeviceNet is a field network interface that enables reduced wiring, lower costs, and high-speed data communication. The DeviceNet interface can be used to perform various input/output and data communication for the jog operation.

Note: This cannot be installed by the customer.

    Regenerative Discharge Unit

    Application

This unit is designed to absorb excess electrical energy generated in an axis motor during deceleration by resistors within the regenerative discharge unit. The unit is useful when the load inertia exceeds the tolerance, or when a heavy load is lowered along the Z-axis over a long stroke (generating excessive electricity).

(The regenerative discharge unit prevents an overvoltage from being generated in the controller.)

    Teach Pendant

    Application

When the teach pendant is connected to a controller, it can be used for input of programs and parameters and also issue commands to execute home return, start, stop, jog, emergency stop, and other operations. The teach pendant can also be used to display error messages and clear errors and faults that have occurred.

  • TM Robotics Cartesian Master Controllers

    TM Robotics Cartesian Master Controllers

    Controller Features: (CA25-M10, CA25-M40, CA25-M80)

    Master Units

    • The master units is the primary control processor for the system. In cartesian systems with more than one axis, an additional slave axis is required for each additional axis
    • On our light and medium load actuators, the master units have a user selectable input power setting (100~115VAC or 200~230VAC), allowing for global integration capabilities
    • On our larger cartesian models, 200-230VAC is used to power our larger, high efficiency AC Servo motors
    • 8 inputs and 8 outputs standard. I/O Type (PNP vs NPN) is selectable at order placement to allow for easy integration in any region
    • Each master unit is capable of simultaneously executing up to 4 independent tasks in sequential mode
    • THP-4C Teach pendant is recommended with each Master unit
  • TM Robotics Cartesian Slave Controllers

    TM Robotics Cartesian Slave Controllers

    Controller Features: (CA25-S10, CA25-S40, CA25-S80)

    Slave Units

    • This unit is used as an auxiliary unit on multi axis systems and is controlled by a master unit
    • This unit includes a driver for single-axis
    • Each Slave unit includes an additional 8 user inputs and 8 user outputs, accessible via the Master unit. I/O Type (PNP vs NPN) is selectable at order placement
    • Slave Units have a user selectable input power setting (100~115VAC or 200~230VAC), allowing for global integration capabilities (Note: The CA25-S40 and CA25-S80 use 200~230 VAC power only.)
