SOCO T-4000 case sealer with automatic flap folding
Top and bottom sealing. Infeed control with SOCO SYSTEM controller ensures efficient separation and high capacity. Ideal for integration into fully automatic packaging lines for sealing of uniform cases in batches.
Basic models
The compact machine is available in two basic models T-4000 and T-4200.

SOCO T-55 case sealer with automatic adjustment for case size
Top and bottom closure. The automatic height and width adjustment makes the T-55 ideal in packing lines where case sizes vary, e.g. in the dispatch department of warehouses. Two operators can work simultaneously on either side of the packing table. The T-55 can operate as a fully automatic top and bottom sealer provided the top flaps of the case are closed by means of a control label or a small piece of tape.

T-55 and T-55 Maxi. Both models are available with high pillars for extra tall cases.

SOCO T-602 Fully automatic case sealer – New generation
Top and bottom closure. Automatic case size adjustment and flap closure. Together with SOCO SYSTEM controllers, complete feed-in control and maximum capacity is achieved.

SOCO Transfer trolleys
Suitable for transport of pallets between two or more conveyor lines. Several possible applications include delivering empty pallets from a pallet magazine to several pallet loaders and collecting full pallets and transferring these for onward central conveyance. The transfer trolley can be fitted with:
- Driven roller conveyors.
- Chain conveyors.
The standard transfer trolley has safety bumpers. On contact, the transfer trolley stops. The transfer trolley runs on rails fitted into or on the floor.

SOCO Transfer units
The transfer unit changes the pallet direction travel by 90°. The 90° transfer unit is a chain conveyor which is raised and lowered automatically above and below roller height.
Can be fitted in all pallet roller conveyors where the height exceeds 350 mm.
Motors:
Two motors – one for up/down movement and one for chain movement.

SOCO TT-10 case sealer for flat items
Top closure. TT-10 is designed to handle primarily flat items such as graphics, mirrors, cabinet doors, half-knock-down furniture, book parcels, etc. requiring top taping only.

TT-10 Top and bottom sealer
The brush unit can be removed without the use of tools and replaced by a standard dispenser. In this way, the TT-10 can be used as a top and bottom sealer for traditional cases.

SOCO Vertical conveyor – Verti lift
The Verti lift is designed for vertical transport of cartons, pails, plastic trays, etc. The Verti lift is intended to supplement the bulky, inclined belt conveyors for upward or downward transport of units. The Verti lift transports the units on shelves which travel continuously according to the paternoster principle. A photocell registers that a unit is approaching the lift where the unit is picked up when a shelf is ready to receive.
The Verti series is made up of standard modules for transport of units of the following sizes (length x width):
400 mm x 400 mm
600 mm x 400 mm
600 mm x 600 mm
800 mm x 600 mm
In principle, the lift consists of three standard modules: Bottom, top, and intermediate modules.
The lifting height is adjusted by means of intermediate modules.
The Verti lift is PLC controlled.
