Basic models
The compact machine is available in two sizes.
Offers an efficient and ergonomically correct working station on few square metres when combined with SOCO SYSTEM case sealers. The inline system is used as packing table in front of the case sealer and as outlet and accumulation line after the machine.
The system consists of a 1 m roller conveyor with case holder in front of the machine and a 1 or 2 m roller conveyor with end stop after the machine. The roller conveyors are available in standard widths with plastic rollers.
The system is delivered complete with supports and coupling fittings for connection to case sealer.
Suited for transverse conveying of products away from the belt. The material gives a low friction, which makes it possible for products to stand in line, while the conveyor belt keeps operating. Belts with guide profiles are always used for conveyors where width and length are identical or where the belt conveyor is loaded from the side.
The table can be tilted 22°. Offers a good working position during filling of cases. The tilt table functions as a packaging table with an incline. When the case is full, the packaging table can be tilted to horizontal position manually.
The 2-part roller conveyors make it possible to lead pallets from a roller conveyor in position for collection by hand lift truck.

Fill and seal from the same position. The operator slides the case onto the carton holder where it is held firm during filling. When the case is full, the operator pushes it sideways for sealing and accumulation.

2 m outfeed conveyor with end stop.
Fill, seal and palletize from the same position. The operator slides the case onto the carton holder where it is held firm during filling. When the case is full the operator pushes it into tape sealer. The case will travel 180 degree back to the operator who can turn and palletize from the accumulation conveyor.
