    Hugo Beck Addressing Devices

    Addressing devices complete the periphery equipment range of Hugo Beck.

    They cut and glue pre-printed paper labels and stick them directly onto the product to be personalised. Hugo Beck addressing devices can also be combined with third-party devices.

    Hugo Beck have a device unique on the market that enables a high degree of flexibility: The rotation of the labels via display by 90 degrees, either to the right or left. By this rotation they can achieve up to 12,000 cycles per hour, without rotation they achieve even up to 28,000 cycles per hour.

    Hugo Beck Friction Feeder

    The friction feeder operates through a combination of friction and a conveyor belt.

    It achieves up to 60,000 cycles per hour, can be switched off, height is adjusted via electric motors and it has its own control and drive units.

    The friction feeder is very flexible, as it can process and feed in a multitude of products. It is particularly well suitable for folded or saddle-stitched products such as greeting cards and for dispensing CDs. A counting device can also be included, for example, for counting envelopes.

    Hugo Beck offers a variety of options to address and personalise graphics products such as magazines or mailings.

    For example, they manufacture bundle label feeders. Or inkjet printers and controllers for selective control are integrated into the machine line (our interfaces are compatible with all common systems), either with or without a drying process. The drying process is carried out via UV or LED.

    The pre-printed address label is an additional method of addressing. It is not self-adhesive, but runs over a glue wheel. It is thus a classical addressing head, which is manufactured by Hugo Beck and can be attached to all unit.

    The Hugo Beck rotation feeder is the most popular feeder in the graphics industry.

    It sucks the product and moves it into its pincers to be fed via a rotational movement into the packaging or inserting machine at right angles.

    The rotation feeder is suitable for a wide variety of products, as it can be very quickly switched to deal with thin to thick products. Each version of the Hugo Beck rotation feeder features a high degree of flexibility, height adjustment possibilities and its own drive and control unit.

    The universal feeder is usually the main feeder and at the start of the production line.

    Hugo Beck’s universal feeders can cope with very heavy products with a height of between 2 and 80 mm. The flexibly applicable feeder is equipped with its own control and drive units.

    It is used in both the graphics industry and other industries, for example if puzzles, cardboard, fleece cloths or plastic cutting boards are fed in.
